Mitchell Co-Authors Article on U.S. Maritime Strategy

Sara Mitchell, senior research fellow in the Politics and Policy Research Program, co-authored an article on the influential foreign policy and national security website, War on the Rocks, advocating for increased United States sea power. The article asserts that increasing U.S. sea power would strengthen international conflict management and promote peace among maritime nations. The article was co-authored by Professor Jonathan Caverley of the United States Naval War College.
